if i am as aware of the subtleties around me as i believe, then it would make sense of this feeling that i have, to "let go" everyday. everyday we must let go of people as we know them because they are changing + growing + expanding. everyday we must embrace the new possibilities of who they are + are becoming. if i am always squeezing with my expectation + hyper-vigilance, it will suffocate life. i will be constantly disappointed + the very relationships i am grateful for will wither + not evolve. so today i begin the letting go. today i believe that we are all allowed to become new with each passing moment, for we are all able sprouts.
